Divisional Sales Manager - Semi Chronic

  • Lead a team of Regional Managers, Area Business Managers, and Marketing Executives to achieve regional sales, collection, growth, and per-man productivity targets.
  • Monitor secondary sales and inventory levels at each Headquarter monthly to ensure proper stock flow aligned with market demand.
  • Track doctor and chemist coverage by managers and MEs, ensuring optimum customer coverage is maintained for consistent field presence.
  • Ensure on-ground execution of company strategies by supervising all divisional activities and driving alignment across the field force.
  • Oversee C&FA operations, including sales forecasting, timely indenting, and smooth redistribution for uninterrupted business operations.
  • Conduct joint fieldwork across the zone to guide the team, evaluate real-time challenges, and spot new market opportunities.
  • Engage and motivate teambuild a culture of accountability, and support every member in achieving their full potential. Conduct career conversations.
